• Local materials first. Whenever possible we source slate, granite or sandstone from Cornish and Devon quarries to match existing fabric.

• Heritage skills. All lime mixes follow traditional ratios; dry-stone courses are built to established batter and bonding rules.

• Solid prep. Footings, drainage and geotextile membranes are installed to prevent movement and moisture problems down the line.

• Clean, considerate sites. Stone is cut with water-fed saws to reduce dust, and waste is sorted for recycling or reuse.
